​​Hill Cottage is a timber framed mediaeval cottage nestled in nearly 3 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside, including over an acre of woodland, a kitchen garden and an orchard.  We grow most of our own fruit and vegetables and sustainably manage our woodland to produce firewood and kindling.  ​

​​We offer exclusive Eco-Glamping, with just three 6m/18.5 foot bell tents, nestled in our woodland glade, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Suffolk Countryside, far away from the hustle and bustle of usual busy campsites. You can even book the whole site!  At Hill Cottage you can be as off-grid as you want, unplug from the world and immerse yourself in nature... or tap in to the facilities as and when you need.  The choice is yours.

 

The focus at Hill Cottage is on small and peaceful, with the aim of being as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible.  This is glamping with a twist - luxurious bell tents, with proper beds, flooring created from recycled saris and wood burners to keep you nice and cosy... balanced with a communal firepit for toasting marshmallows and gazing at the stars, composting toilets, gas showers, a converted agricultural trailer housing a kitchenette.

​Our holistic therapy studio is set in picturesque rolling countryside so you can enjoy the panoramic views whilst you have your therapy treatment... or simply close your eyes and drift away in the peaceful tranquillity of the Suffolk countryside. We provide aromatherapy, reflexology, therapeutic massage, Indian head massage and specialist therapies for people living with dementia. Click here to book. At Hill Cottage you can purchase our seasoned firewood and kindling - sustainably sourced from our woodland - together with organic fruit and vegetables or perhaps something from our range of consciously created crafts.   ​
