I was feeling incredibly tense across many areas of my back, which was causing me great discomfort. I recommend a therapeutic massage with Simone, she was fantastic.  She listened and adapted her massage to apply pressure where needed, which released the tension.  The oils she used were very calming and the surroundings were very peaceful, a therapy it itself.
